We specialise in providing visas for people travelling to Russia. Our prices for single-entry tourist visas start from £115. The prices include the ACTUAL VISA ready for your travels, all Russian Consular and Visa centres fees and taxes, VAT, our processing fees and most importantly the official "invitation/voucher" also known as visa support documents for both tourist and business visas. Often the cost of these "visa support documents" which are essential in order to obtain your visa are hidden or offered as a separate service and can be costly, but not with us. They are included in our service and the prices.

We will even absorb the card charges when you pay for our services on-line. So, no hidden charges - the price you see is the price you pay.

We are committed to protecting your personal information - it will not be sold to third parties and will be kept secure at all times.

It’s easy to apply, just follow these steps:

STEP 1

There are two forms to complete:

  • Form 1: Russian Consulate Application form effective from 1st July 2011
     Please submit your details online through the Russian Consulate's registration page. Once completed print, date and SIGN the form. Please make sure that you select 'VFS Edinburgh' when asked where you would like to submit your Visa Application/s. Please note, you do not have to submit or collect from the application centre. This is done by us on your behalf.

    • IMPORTANT: This new official on-line form replaces all forms used for Russian visa applications previously. From 1st July 2011 visa application forms from other Internet sources as well as hand-written visa application forms are not accepted. If you need assistance in completing this form please feel free to contact us, we will be happy to complete it for you for a fee of £20.



  • Form 2: Russian Visa Authorisation Form - This form can be completed by hand.


    • STEP 2

    Once both forms are completed, please make sure that you also send the following:

    • Passport - must have at least two blank pages and be valid for at least 6 months from the expiry date of the visa.

    • One passport photograph, glued to the visa application form. Please note that the Russian Consulates have a strict policy regarding visa application photographs. The photograph should be taken against a light background (white or off-white), printed on normal photographic paper, with your full face, non-smiling (without sunglasses, a hat or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background).

    • Pre-paid Special Delivery return addressed envelope - available from the post office. Please note: Pre-franked envelopes are not accepted by the Post Office on return.

    • For business visas only: a covering letter of introduction on company headed paper from the company you are going on behalf of (not the inviting Russian company), confirming the applicants position within the company and briefly outlining travel/business intentions within Russia.


    STEP 3

    Payment

    Payment can be made ON-LINE (by clicking on the blue link with the service of your choice below), by cheque or postal order made payable to Travel Direct (UK) Ltd. When paying online please state your order number on the "Authorisation form".

    Please note: for multiple entry visas we do not need your original passport for the whole duration of the visa processing. Initially we will require only a copy.
