Please note: We are not able to provide support documents if you will be staying in private accomodation, if you have

no place to register or are travelling directly to any of the following parts of Russia: Nijnii Novgorod, Krasnodar, Samara, South-Eastern Russia bordering Caucasus, Chechnya, and Dagestan.

Please contact us if you do not hold a UK/EU passport, as we cannot process applications for all nationalities.

3. Email your completed form to info@travel-direct.com. Once we have received your completed form and payment, your visa support documents will be sent to you via email within 24 hours (weekends and public holidays not included).

Business Invitation in four easy steps

2. Along with the completed form you must send a Scan / Copy of your passport page following these requirements:

IMPORTANT: We will need a full color scan in order to process your application.

The scan must be a JPEG file 250-300KB in size. The image should be closely cropped with no white space around it.

Single Entry 15 working days processing - £59.00

Single Entry 7 working days processing - £69.00

Double Entry 15 working days processing - £69.00

Multiple Entry 20 working days processing - £159.00

4. Email your completed form to info@travel-direct.com. Once we have received your completed form, payment and scan of your passport, your visa support documents will be sent to you via email on the last processing day. As the original invitation is required for Multiple Entry applications, this will be sent to you via UPS when ready, therefore, please allow an additional 2 working days for delivery (weekends and public holidays not included).
