We provide services that are as helpful as possible with personal touch.
Our visa services are available to be completed at the convenience of post, telephone and online. We receive many applications from throughout the country, although, our offices are located in the centre of Edinburgh so if you are in the area you are more than welcome to visit us and we can handle your applications in person.
For our travel services, we give you the choice to complete all your booking requirements online, by email or by speaking with our team in the travel department for personal assistance.
Office hours are Monday - Friday 8.30 - 4.00 pm. Answer service outside office hours.
